On tap at the brewery. Aroma is fairly phenolic with quite a bit of coriander balanced by light citrus and moderate wheat notes. Pours a hazy, yellow gold with a smallish, white head that exhibits really nice retention as it recedes to a small film that lasts forever. Faint sweetness with some moderate wheat and grainy malt notes. Some moderate coriander with lighter citrus. Medium low bitterness with a light mineral character. Mouthfeel is medium light bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a nice beer but a bit to phenolic forward for me. Nice wheat note, but a touch more citrus (a touch, don’t go overboard) would be nice. Good water character though with a nice softness but a bit minerally.
