Transparent, nice looking deep copper to the lightest red. About a finger of relatively dense head, the slightest off-white, ok retention, little to no lacing. Low to average intensity in the aroma: biscuity malts with light caramel, a bit of fruitiness (jam-like orange, hints of apple), a hint of floral hops. Not very deep but nicely clean. Taste notes follow the aroma closely, again with a nicely clean profile though quite scarce depth. Medium sweetness, quite low bitterness, a bit too sweet for both style and my liking though it doesn't get sticky. Quite light bodied with quite low carbonation, slightly smooth and a tad too empty (and i mean per style). Very much ok, no significant issues. Felt a bit underwhelming though, kind of slightly flat and uninspired.

Pint, hand-pulled on Saturday 18th January 2025, Waiting Room on Whitby Railway Station. Clean and clear golden amber body, decent off-white crown that stayed the distance. Nice blend of semi-bittering hops and malty biscuit like flavours. Easy going and pleasant.

Cask @ Ham and Cheese, Scagglethorpe. Aroma of lemons, malts and floral hops. Taste of toffee, herbs, lemons and caramel. Dry finish. Moderate herbal bitterness. Low carbonation. A simple and basic Bitter one does not go wrong with.

Gravicask, half pint, shared with Finn at St Albans Beer & Cider Festival 2023. Misty amber body, tiny white head, crocheted lacing on the glassware. Moderate caramel-fruity aromas. Caramel taste offset by leafy hops. Distant bittersweet finish. Quite alright. (St Albans, 27.09.2023).

Handpull cask at Harry's Bar, Wakefield. Copper and clear with a proud beige head. Light malty aroma with a hint of caramel. Sweet taste, more pronounced with some orange peel notes alongside the caramel, and plenty of bittering hop in the finish. Decent without really standing out.

On cask at Ham and Cheese 🧀 in Malton - clear copper body solid white head. Malty nose with lots of dark caramel hints there. Taste has a little bitter start with a sharp hoppy influence to the finish.
