One of the newer style 'citrusy' beers, light and thirstquenching. The clean hoppy palate works with most foods but ideal with a curry. Hops used are Cascade and Northdown.

Cask at the Turf Tavern, Oxford 10-07-08 in the company of Casey and Traci Some sulphour on the nose, a nice tangy fruitiness in the mouth, nice lemonyness, dries towards end. This has less bitterness than the Burton Bridge Moss Boss also had at the Turf tonight. Its quite tasty and pleasant.

Cask at the Burton Bridge. Hazy amber with a thin white head; biscuity aroma; tart fruity flavour with a grapefruit and biscuit finish.

Cask handpull at County Hotel, JDW, Ashford. Gold, with slight haze, thin lasting off white head. Aroma of sherberty grapefruit hop. Citrusy flavours in the mouth, reminds me a bit of Oakham JHB. Right up my alley. I wonder if it has Mount Hood hops in? A little watery in mouth, but the hops are excellent. Good beer.
