Bottle at home. Aroma of apples, caramel, acidic notes, citrus, sourish fruits, hint of hops. Flavour is moderate to medium sour and lightly sweetish with a hint of bitterness in the aftertaste. Body is medium. Interesting, blending Cider and IPA to create a sort of Sour Ale. The IPA element has become quite subtle, but I say this is a succesful experiment.

Abszolúte nincs semmilyen habja. Félbarna színű. Illata komlós és almás-cideres. Hát, nem is tudom. Savanyú, de inkább citromos, mint almás. A háttérben érezni egy kis komlós fűszerességet, kesernyésséget is. Utóíze savanyú, és sokáig megmarad. Furcsa ízvilágú és nem is jött be. Annyira, hogy végül kiöntöttem.

On tap. Hazy dark orange body, thin white head. Aroma of apple vinegar, caramel and citrusy hops. Taste of caramel, apple cider, medicinal and citrusy hops. Very good idea, very good outcome.
