Bottle @ Thisted Tasting by Maria.. Clear light medium yellow color with a average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white to off-white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, toasted, grain, light hoppy, citrus, moderate yeasty, barnyard. Flavor is moderate sweet, light light acidic and sour, moderate bitter with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. (120408)

Bottle, 5.5%. Very dusty aroma, like a sort of diacetyl. Hazy orange colour. Big stable white head. The flavour is also a little dusty with a hint of tartness. OK bitterness, though a little sourish. Late cleansing bitterness along with some yeast notes. High carbonation. Quite a strange beer, this.

Courtesy of bierkoning. Hazy orange brown color, lots of floating yeast, big creamy head, lace. Fruity, apricot sweet aroma, light hops. Medium-bodied. Sweetish fruity with touch of alcohol and hops. Papery maltyness in the background. Some carbonation. Hops, light alcohol and yeast in the aftertaste. Sweet, very craft beer like blonde. I like it and when you know it, it is possible to trace Chouffe yeast and Bohemian hops.

Bottle (thanks to bierkoning !): Light amber coloured, medium-sized, quite stable, off-white head, hazy, clumps of yeast; bready, a bit yeasty nose; moderate sweetish (bready) flavour, medium bodied; alcoholic, a little bit brandy-like, sweetish-fruity (berries) finish with a touch of tart bitterness. Not unpleasant, but not very moreish......

(bottle) Hazy golden colour with a big and stable foamy white head. Yeasty and spicy aroma with honey and a lactic note. Moderately sweet malty and citrus fruity taste, medium to light bodied, crispy mouthfeel; dry and slightly bitter taste with spice and a dense but distinctive hoppy and lactic note. Rerate: bottle @ mommeriete, small sample. Hazy yellow to golden color, medium creamy head. Aroma of soft grassy hop, spicy yeast. Soft bitter and soft sweet in taste. Bit grainy and hay. Ok blond beer. Original rating: Hazy yellow color, short head. Aroma is a bit fruity, quite yeasty. Very spicy and yeasty taste, dry. Also not easy to drink, i could not finish my glass. 1.8
