Bottle 750ml.Unclear medium orange color with a large, creamy - frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, toasted - caramel, light to moderate yeasty, soap, yeast, ginger. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a average to long duration, yeasty, ginger, peppery. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20100910]

Bottled. A hazy golden beer with a huge yellowish head - very lively - the beer is very lively. The aroma has notes of malt, straw, lemon, and yeast. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, straw, and some fruit, leading to a dry finish. The body is light.
