Looks great, attractive dark amber/copper brown with a tiny off-white head. Fruity aroma of wheat, banana, citrus. Flavour is just a little bit sour. Very nice Hefeweizen, one of the better that I’ve had.

Für mich eines der besten Weißbiere. Sehr aromatisch, ziemlich würzig, mit viel Nelke und schönen Hefe- und Fruchtaromen, mittlerer Körper, alles sehr stimmig.

[as Schneider Weisse Tap 7 Unser Original] Bottiglia. Il naso vira verso il frumento. La finezza olfattiva è elevata e l'esistenza olfattiva è sufficiente. Il manto birroso superiore cremoso ha una buona tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana fine. Il liquido è di consistenza limpida. Il colore è giallo ambrato. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è discreto. La forza gustativa è elevata e si prolunga in modo è sufficiente. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di pronta beva. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. Al palato prevalgono impressioni di miele, pane, erbaceo, agrumi e banana.

Отличное пшеничка от культовой пивоварни Шнайдер. Аромат похож на пиво пауланер. Странно но практически не пенится. Во вкусе есть немного фруктов и ягод, кислинка отсутствует. Вкус пшеницы почти не ощущается. Достаточно карбонизированный напиток. В общем отличная пшеничка, но все же не хватает глубины вкуса.

Bottle from House of Trembling Madness. Mahogany pour with decent off-white head. Very nice aroma of banana, clove, bread, caramel, nutmeg. A touch more subtle in the taste but still has a moreish character. Clove is at the forefront but malts and fruitiness is there. Medium bodied, slick with a fine spiky carbonation. Best Dunkelweizen I've had to date, although only tried 9 so far.
