23/2/2019. Cask at the Great British Winter Beer Festival 2019, Norwich. Pours clear bronze with a small bubbly off-white head. Aroma of malt, hops, fruit and toffee. Moderate sweetness and bitterness. Medium body, slight oily texture, soft carbonation.

Cask. A nut-brown beer with a thin off-white head. The aroma has notes of perfume and malt as well as a touch of caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt and caramel as well as a light note of alcohol.

Cask (gravity) @ NWAF 10, National Winter Ales Festival, The Venue, Sheridan Suite, Manchester, England.Clear medium to dark amber color with a average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, caramel caramel, toffee. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration, caramel caramel. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20100120]

Cask. I recorded this as being 5.5% ABV. Clear dark amber golden with a rough off-white head. Sweet aroma of cake spices. Medium body, sweet roasted malt and burned caramel. The finish has warming alcohol but no hops really. 200110
