Cask at SRAF 2010. Pours golden amber, nose is caramel, toffee, light fruit, taste is sweet, fruity.

Drunk at the Sulwath Brewery tap. Amber/tan, hazy. Crystal malt, forest floor and vinous aroma. Bittersweet taste with a surprising sourness to cap it off. Not my favourite but we can’t like them all!

Cask@Pembury Tavern, London. Orangeish amber colour with a small head. Aroma is fruits, some sweet malts, mild toffee and also dry fruityness. Flavour is fruits, caramel, some sweet maltyness and mild biscuity notes as well.

Cask (handpump) @ Kays Bar, 39 Jamaica Street, Edinburgh, Scotland EH3 6HF.Clear medium orange amber orange color with a average, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, light beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, caramel, strawberry notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, fruity - strawberry. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20100205]
