Au nez, on perçoit des notes d’agrumes qui évoquent le jus d’orange, ainsi que des parfums plus exotiques, entre fruits de la passion et papaye. En bouche, l’orange et le pamplemousse se combinent entre jus et écorce et dessinent une fine amertume.

2 February 2025. New Year Tasting with Tim & Anke - cheers! Can from V and B Nanterre.
A: gusher! Hazy yellow, frothy, white head.
A: lime, starfruit, peach, wheat, melon, perfume.
T: sweetish peach & pineapple, sourish wheat, lime, perfume.
F: bitter piney hops, citrus peel.
P: medium body, oily texture, average carbonation.
Too perfumey, and the bitterness in the finish is quite abrupt.

GUSHER ALERT!
Cloudy beige blond beer, big aery irregular off-white head, unstable, falls down pretty quickly, a bit adhesive. Aroma: lots of CO2 up front, tropical fruits, juicy, soapy touch. Not bad! MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: nice, a bit sourish, lemony, bitter touch, soapy, floral notes. Aftertaste: citrus, fruity, hop burn, grassy, a bit resinous, a bit sourish, watery, ok, not great.
