Klare bräunliche Farbe mit weißer Schaumkrone. Malziger, schwach hopfiger Geruch. Geschmacklich malzig mit Karamell und Nüssen, leicht hopfig. Mittlere Süße mit mittlerer Bitterkeit, mittlerer Körper mit sanfter Kohlensäure.

Cask @ All Saints Tap, Chesterfield. Slightly hazed copper ale, always a bitter in style, with a sweet nose, but a dull sweet taste. A drab beer if honest.

Cask-conditioned at the Seven Stars, Bristol 9/03/2011. Deep amber in colour with a slight, off-white head. Sweetish caramel and fruity malts, with some citrus hops and decent, bitter finish. Fine.

Cask @ Bon Accord. Amber colour, off-white head. Aroma is caramel malts, and a bit of tofee. Flavour is caramel malts, bit of toffee, biscuit. Farily dry and slightly sweet fhinish.

Cask. An amber beer with a lazing light tan head. The aroma has strong notes of caramel combined with medium notes of malt. The flavor is sweet wtih notes of malt, caramel, and butterscotch, leading to a bitter finish.

Gravity på Steel City Beer & Cider Festival 30 Sep 10. Brunfarget. Svakt maltaroma. OK luftig skum. Søt karamell i smaken. Tørr avslutning.

Nut brown body, off-white head with fine duration. Discreet malty aroma. Caramel malts along with almond and hints of spices in flavour. Momentary bitter end. Medium to thin bodied. Gravity, good measured half pint at Steel City Beer Festival, Sheffield 30 Sep 10.

Cask (handpump) @ Gardeners Rest, 105 Neepsend Lane, Sheffield, South Yorkshire England S3 8AT.Clear medium to dark yellow color with a average to large, creamy to frothy, excellent lacing, fully lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, caramel, old fruit, sugar, light hoppy. Flavor is moderate sweet and light moderate bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20100118]

Cask. Clear amber golden with a creamy off-white head. Nuts and a little butterscotch in the nose. Light body, flat, some caramel and nutty accents with a vague underlying tartness. Very subdued bitterness. 180110
