Cask handpull at Market Porter Borough. Dark brown colour thin beige head. Roasty aroma some chocolate then fine in mouth and more choc on the finish. its fine just lacking a touch in the malts. Some lemon on finish.

Cask. A deep red beer with a thin off-white head. The aroma has notes of roasted malt and caramel. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of roasted malt and toffee, leading to a dry and bitter finish.

From cask. Pours clear and golden deep amber with a small off white and creamy head. Aroma is roasted malty. Light toffee and malty flavoured. Bitter and roasted. Rather dry yet malty caramelish.

Cask (handpump) @ NWAF 10, National Winter Ales Festival, The Venue, Sheridan Suite, Manchester, England.Clear medium brown amber color with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, chocolate, fruity, light hoppy, citrus. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20100120]

Cask. Pours a hazy dark brown with an orange hue and a small off-white head. Sweetish roasted and lightly coffeeish nose. Light body, sweetish roasted malt, coffee and vanilla. Roasted malty finish with no greater bitterness. Close to a Mild Ale. 200110

Cask, handpump at The Hop Pole, Aylesbury, Bucks, 13-01-10 Pours dark brown with a light beige filmy head. Nice roastyness, some chocolate but its the thrusting bitterness that grabs you by the gonads when you least expect it. Cracking beer, with nice citrus, pithy bitterness that licks across the roof and back of the mouth. A6 A4 F7 P4 Ov13 3.4
