Der kleine Hofmann. Im Bierreich, da gibt es vieles zu entdecken ... EXtra Handliches, EXtrem Gutes, manchmal EXotisches und EX und ... Das „Moggala“, 0,33 Liter in der kleinen, braunen Steiniflasche, 20 mal im Kasten. „Der kleine Hofmann!“, ein süffiges, mildes, sehr malzaromatisches Bier. Rund im Geschmack. Schmeichelt dem Gaumen. Ein prickelndes Vergnügen! ... EXtrem gut!

(33cl bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a massive foamy white head. Fresh herbal hoppy aroma with mild malty, slightly grainy accents. Mildly sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a pleasantly soft carbonation and a well-matured mouthfeel. Rounded pale malty taste and moderate herbal hoppy notes, leading into a medium-dry malt-accented and slightly hoppy finish. Another fine brew by Hofmann, smells like a Pils but tastes like an Export (09.VI.09).
