Cette bière se boit toute l’année et peut être considérée çomme produit passe partout. La teneur en alcool en volume se situe à 5,5 %.

It is a good beer, wheat, few hop, small banana touch, refreshing, 26.07.16, Guillaume's flat, Bonne Espérance, Lausanne, purchased at one coop.

hazy pale yellow colour, minimal white head; aroma of orange peel oils, lemon zesty, wet wheat, bread crust, corinader, maybe slight clove and floral notes; taste of bready, citrusy, bittery-orange and some medicinal bittery notes; not that bad,though not among the best witbiers

Bottled 250ml. -from Coop Sion Switzerland. Batch or bottle No.210. Hazy yellow coloured, small white head that went away fast, mild yeasty nose. Wheaty, yeasty, weak spicy and caramel with notes of coriander and fruits. Watery with mild lemony finish.

Bottle 330ml. w. swing top @ home.[ Trade by fiulijn ]. Clear medium yellow color with a small to average, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, phenoel, citrus, moderate yeasty, earthy - damp stain notes. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, cereal, dry. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20100825]

Bottle thanks to cquiroga. Pours with a golden body and a white head. Aroma of honey and caramel. Taste is vanilla, wheat and cream soda. Fizzy and dry.

(Bottle 33 cl) Bottle # 30, aged version - best before June 2003. Pours a hazy, greyish golden with fluid impurities - big chunks of yeast. Bubbly, pop-like head that lasts for approximately 2 secs. Heavily carbonated. Slightly tart, citrusy nose. Very thin body with vague accents of citrus - no real trace of malt. Dry finish. Not much life left in this one. 030506

The aroma is dominated by wheat with notes of lemon. The color is an unclear light yellow and it has a fantastic head. The flavor is sweet wheaty with notes lemon. The body is a little thin. An average beer.
