Bière blanche sur lie typée d’un arôme délicat d’orange et de citron avec un léger arrière goût de recherché de cave produit par la levure. L’amertume est agréable et peu prononcée. Cette bière se boit toute l’année et peut être considérée çomme produit passe partout. La teneur en alcool en volume se situe à 5,5 %.

Pale yellow, hazy. Acidic nose. Light body, funky blue cheese tone, a bit thin, but rather refreshing.

Light blond wheat ale; too much head. Fresh aroma, citrusy. Some sweetness and some hop, no malt taste, no wheat beer specificity. Ordinary palate, poor, a bit disappointing.
