Tap at Goose Island. Gold color and a lacing white head. Good sroma, grass and flowers. Bitter, and the hops have a stronger pre5semcd than the the lightly sweet malt. Not complex or complicated bit good flavor and an emjoyable hop forward beer.

Cask at the Clyborn. Pours a clear amber with a cascading creamy brown head that dissipates completely. Aroma has citrus and grapefruit with a nice smooth grain backing. Flavor has more of an earthy citrus note with a strong underlying bread note.

On tap at Goose Island, Clybourn, October 22, 2011. Clear amber with a small white head. Quite a lot of citrus and pine in the aroma. The taste was good though not spectacular. Good balance and a descent bitterness.

Sample from cask at the Clybourn brewpub. The beer is a clear pale golden-amber color with a medium white head that diminishes steadily. Short strings of lacing on the glass. Aroma of sweet fruits and bready malt.. Medium body with flavors of citrusy hops, tropical fruit and malt. The finish is fruity with a citrusy hops aftertaste. Above average overall.

Enjoyed while hanging out with a good friend at the Goose Island Clybourn brewery. Appearance a cloudy amber-ish with a thin lacing white head. Aroma of grapefruit, pine, and hops, somewhat soft. Taste primarily grapefruit with the bitterness of hops, nice malty backing as well, definitely has a fruitiness to it. Pretty good stuff.

Draught at the brewpub, Wrigleyville location
Dark amber color; unfortunately served in a plastic cup because of the game. Some malt and hop aroma. Solid brew, with a powerful malt and caramel flavor, but not too sweet, and a strong bitterness, with a lot of hop oils; the final indeed is amost harsh! Good and bold.
