A hoppy golden ale, hopped like an American pale ale, but with really high quality German "Noble" hops, and a bit of US Crystal.

14th July 2010. Brew Wharf. Very hazy gold beer, little white head. Clear apples on the nose - oh oh! Low carbonation, clean palate, a little dry. Green apples with some dry malt! I’m not a pro brewer but I’m pretty sure this much apple in the nose and taste means the beer isn’t ready for selling! Performed as well as England did on the pitch!

Half pint, cask, served in a special glass at Brew Wharf. Cloudy golden, no head. Subdued dry hopped aroma. Taste of dry lemon and other citric fruits. Bittersweet ending. Alright and food friendly (London, 16.07.2010).
