Bottle @ the brewpub. Clear deep brown body under a small beige head. Aroma has mild roasted dark malt, some licorices and hint of chocolate. Taste is medium sweet, light roasted dark malt, some toffee, hint of licorices and balanced bitterness. Balanced body and smooth aftertaste. A well-made, balanced bock.
