Cask. A golden beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma has notes of malt as well as lighter notes of elderflowers. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, hops, and elderflowers, leading to a dry bitter finish.

Cask at the Hop Pole, Aylesbury, Bucks 07-10-08 Pours amber with a white head. I find this to be quite tangy and fruity with a long bitter and dry finish, in fact I found that the bitterness hung around for an age and I could still taste it a few miles up the road at Waddesdon.
