Big Cascade hop aroma. More Cascade in the body gives mellow grapefruit bitterness.

Cask, Mill Hotel, Chester. Pale gold with a creamy white head. Aroma was grassy hop and citrus tinged. Light and floral this was nicely hopped and a decent thirst slaker. Nothing too out of the ordinary, but decent session fodder and nice drinkin’ in the sun.

Cask at Ship and Mitre, Liverpool Pale gold, very hoppy bitter, with good lemony citrus fruit. Extremely good, but then again, this is my type of beer
