A classic pale session beer, easy drinking yet full bodied. A sweet start gives way to a dry citrus finish.

Yellow with a small white head. Grass and herbs and an unpleasant elderflower aroma. Sweet with pungent hops and an almost rotten off-flavour.

Cask@GBBF2007. Yellow colour, not much head. Aroma is really horrible earthy, yeasty and really sourish. Flavour is the same with a lot of eggs in it. Bad condition.

Cask gravity at GBBF 2007. Pale gold, lasting white head. Not a great aroma, a bit of lemon bleach. Not much better in mouth. Ugh. Very very poor. Not off, good condition. Elderflower maybe. V.V nasty.
