Straw coloured, with a bitter, dry astringency. As the name suggests, three hop variants used in 3 separate stages.

Handpull cask from the Marquis Wellington, Leicester. Golden and clear with a large white head. Grass and astringency in the aroma, with a vague suggestion of hops. Tastes somewhat bitter with a strong presence of sulphur. Not great but passable.

Hand-pulled half-pint in The Pheasant, Wellington Shropshire on 19th June 2016. Light golden pour, clear and clean looking, the head a well formed white foam blanket. Mild fruity front to the nose and taste, more hops than malts: OK but lacked depth and oomph.

Cask, half at The Brunswick Inn, shared with Finn.Patchy white surface. Bright golden body. Fruity hops and bead on the nose. Taste of peach, herbal hops and grain. Mid-dry bitter end. Rounded mouthfeel. Decent (Derby 15.02.2016).
