Bottle 27,5 cl. Pours a clear golden with an off-white head. Strangely unclean solvent aroma. Light body, unclean and strange biscuity notes, only a little sweet lemon. I must say I prefer the proud German radler tradition instead of this! 150810

Bottle thanks to blutt59. Pours with a clear golden body and a fading white head. Aroma of Gatorade, and ginger. Taste is sugary, and sweet with teeth rotting sugar. Some lemonade. Fizzy. Not my thing.

bottle pours light gold, thin white head lots of bubbles. Aroma is sugary lemon soda. Flavor is sweet, faint grassy beer flavors but overall a lot of 7up and Sprite flavors going on.

Nice sweet taste, beer is noticeable on the back end only. Highly drinkable, aroma is more juice than beer.

275ml bottle from Waitrose. Amber with a fast-fading white head; lemon aroma with some grain; sweet lemon flavour with some underlying malts; some lemon zest to finish. Surprisingly good, clean tasting and clearly made with real beer.

275 mL bottle from Wine Warehouse in Charlottesville, VA. Pours lighter than expected.. a medium amber color with a bit of a head. Aroma is lemon, tea and other citrus notes. Taste is sweet with big citrus notes and a bit of tea, ginger and cola. This comes across much like carbonated lemon tea to me. Prevalent but soft carbonation. A bit sticky and medium bodied.

275ml bottle - well, I wanted something rare and unusual for number 1400, something that no one else would save for a milestone, and this sure fit the bill - clear golden pour, with a slight copper tint - lemon and herbal touches in the aroma, with slight whiffs of vanilla and ginger - mild sweetness, with lots of lemony tartness, and crisp carbonation - light vanilla/cream soda-like flavors show themselves, but just briefly, as a grainy, malty, beer kick jumps out at you near the finish - think of it as a soda for the beer lover - crisp, flavorful, and refreshing.
