Blonde au froment. Proche de la bière blanche, peu amère, goût oral rehaussé par une pincée d’épices.

Cloudy with a white head. Very pale with a little citrus and spice. Muted flavors. Not a lot going on here. Medium to light body.

750ml bottle. Hazy golden pour, large white head. Crisp citric Aroma, some big wheat, light herbs and spice and some subtle fruit. Sharp mouth feel, good carb. Little bitterness, lots of wheat, light herbs sharp hops, reminds me alot of a saison, with wit characteristics. Nice stuff.

Bottle 0,33ltr: Hazy golden brew with great rising foamy head thats dissapered very fast either. Light bitter beer looks more English than Belgian or German. Nice fruity taste and bought at its alias "Les Quebecoises".

Ambar, poca espuma que no dura nada. Aroma terraceo, levadura. En boca es malteada, acaramelada, con gas punzante. Sabor poco redondo, notas de miel y caramelo, y final más cítrico, con tono general terráceo. Lejos del estilo witbier

Bottle: Poured a cloudy golden color ale with a nice large foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of cereal notes with light bready flavours is quite nice. Taste is a nice mix of fresh cereal notes with some bready flavours and light residual sugar notes. Body is full with limited filtration and good carbonation. Simple and well made with good ingredient with super great drinkability.
