This year’s version of our fan-favorite anniversary tradition stays true to the American iterations of the style while paying homage to its English predecessors, using both American and English ingredients. Brewed with a base of pale malt, accented with Maris Otter, Munich, and crystal malts, along with Centennial and East Kent Golding hops, then dry-hopped with HBC 342. We allowed this batch to condition and mature for two months prior to being kegged, then another month in kegs. The result is an exceptional balance between grain, hops, and alcohol - not too sweet, not too bitter.

Draft: Poured a deep caramel amber with a beige head. Aroma is fruity, hoppy, malty. Taste is bitter, buttery, hoppy. American style obviously.
