Woods Canyon

We’re stoked about this one! A classic IPA with a new experiment…oak! Brewed with a touch of crystal and Munich malts for color and complexity, alongside frequent kettle additions of Billy Goat Farms Chinook, Crystal, and Cascade throughout the boil. Additional Crystal and Chinook were also added in the dry hop before finishing this beer by resting it all on nearly 100 lbs of bold, French oak chips. We selected this specific oak variety because of its complex fruit and toast qualities. Together, they create a unique aroma of young oak, split vanilla beans, and a restrained citrus pithiness. Flavors of sweet orange, orange blossom, and peach ring candy, with some pine and a balancing grapefruit bitterness along with some orange creamsicle vibes. An incredibly unique brew that we're looking forward to sharing with you!
