Bottled. An amber beer with a thin beige head. The aroma has notes of caramel and malt as well as just a touch of metal. The flavor is sweet with notes of caramel and malt, leading to a dry metallic finsh. Thanks Papsoe for sharing.

Bottle, 4.9%. Spicy aroma, some old vegetable. Almost clear brown colour. Small tan head. The flavour also has a distinct vegetable note. Some dark malts and a good sweetness along with a bit of fruit. But much too much vegetable.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a clear dark amber with a creamy off-white head. Some roast and cocoa in the nose. Medium body, roasted malts, slightly sweet. Ends dryish with some lightly bitter chocolate. A nice and dry Dunkel.130810

Bottle, courtesy of Papsoe. A clear, amber beer with a finger-thick off-white head. Butter, cellar and some fruits in the aroma. Sourish and grainy. The flavor is pretty much the same, with emphasis on sourness and cellar. Pale malts and some fruityness chimes in, but can save this one. Medium body. An awful one, couldn’t finish my sample. 100813
