(Bottle 33 cl) A rather unusual beer for Britain: a filtered, organic wheat beer, there cannot be many of those. That is, it appears filtered to begin with. If you shake up the sediment it changes a lot - from pilsener golden to hazy orange, with a small, creamy head. But you really have to do this exercise, otherwise itโs just a rather boring Kristall-like wheat. The sediments also adds more flavour. 160305

Hazy blond color. Rather metallic what beer. If the normal wheat beers are not exciting, imagine how they become when made in an "Organic" wayโฆ

A hazy yellow beer with a white collapsing head. The aroma is very hoppy and grassy with lesser notes of wheat. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of wheat, citrus, and a dry wheaty end on a thin body.

Bottled. Cloudy yellow. Strong aroma of banana and cloves. Soft and fairly sweet, nicely malty. A thirst quenching and very authentic hefeweizen.
