Old Fountain. Light haze on this gold beer, tidy white head. Light dry palate. Initially dry and astringent, it takes awhile for the hop fruit to kick in. When it does there is mango, orange pith and a touch of lemon. Dry finish with good bitter linger. Just a tad too bitter on the start.

Cask at the Craft Beer Co, London on 24th September 2011. Clear amber with frothy off-white head. Fresh hoppy aroma and then burst of hoppy bitterness in-mouth with fine grapefruit and herby bitterness. A delectable grassy finish. Light mouthfeel, but slight viscosity of texture.
