(draught at the brewpub on a beer-tour with DerDoppelbock) Hazy, pale golden coloured hue with a mid-sized, stable yellowish foam. Moderately sweet malty, slightly dusty and worty aroma with a herbal hoppy background. Sweet flavour, light to medium bodied; initially malty, slightly yeasty and worty taste with herbal notes; medium-dry, malty and light-bitter yeasty finish. Rather bland brewpub brew, not worth a re-try (03.10.06).
