Bottle, 4.6%. Distinct note of light caramel. Like citric lime bonbons or something. Almost clear golden colour. Small white head. The flavour has the same light caramel note as the aroma, but it turns out to be ginger. Not the urine kind, but burns nicely.

Bottle 33cl. @Café de Toog, Amsterdam, poured into stemmed glass. Hazy pale golden colour, good frothy white head, good retention, nice lacing. Aroma pale malts, ginger, citrus hops. Taste medium sweet and bitter, malty, ginger, light citrus. Light body, watery texture, soft carbonation, sweetbitter aftertaste, clear ginger presence but not very sharp on the palate, nice balance with the bitterness, nice.

Bottle from friends, many thanks. Orange color with white head. Aroma of ginger, citrus hops. Taste is dominated by ginger, very lightly complemented by citrus hops. Good ginger ale.

Interesting herb flowery spices added. The base beer is again very neutral and super clean. The spice is well balanced a nice unique touch. Brewed by women Amsterdam (3.5 July 2020) Tried again. Very heavy on the ginger in bottles, but still well made.

33 cl. bottle shared with Hilde @ home, bought @ Albert Heijn Culemborg. Clear yellow with a white head. Sweet ginger aroma. Taste is sweet with more ginger. Finish is rather bitter, which I like. Decent but still a bit of a gimmick beer.
Duidelijk gember, overheerst ietwat, maar de basis is een easy going pale ale. Licht pittig in de finish. Interessant, maar ik zie niet in waarom ik dit vaker zou willen drinken.
