Hazy mahogany with a medium beige head. Aroma was sour and had roasted malt, red sour berries, lacto and wood. The flavor was sour with roasted malt, red sour berries, lacto, wood, tannins and hints of brett. Lovely stuff. Smooth with high drinkability.

Bottle thanks to Snojerk321! Poured a clear dark red with a thin near white head that dissipated quickly. Aroma was sour with some cherries and other fruits but overall a bit thin. Flavor was slightly sour with cherries but again was quite thin. Drinkable, just wished there was more to it.

Big thanks to HOPSHUNTER for bring this. It pours murky copper brown with thin tan head. The aroma has smooth notes of berry like fruit, some spices and light cinnamon and then growing into tartness. The taste begins smooth and sweet with modest berry notes, some spice and then growing tartness and acidity. It starts smooth and ends mildly tart and refreshing. Nice stuff.

Bottled. A hazy deep red beer with a huge light tan head. The aroma has notes of smoked malt, caramel, and brettanomyces. The flavor is sweet and sour with notes of wood, brettanomyces, malt and caramel, leading to a tart woody finish. Thanks madsberg for sharing.

Bottle 65 cl. Courtesy of madsberg. Pours a cloudy reddish amber with a lacing off-white head. Tart and acetic aroma, some red wine notes. Medium body, dry and tart notes of sour red berries. A little sulphur as well. Dry finish but not THAT sour. Pleasant and quaffable though. 090710
