Our Summer Bitter has a golden orange hue with layers of caramel and toffee on the palate. A complimentary twist of Slovenian Goldings combined with Cascade provide a satisfying bitterness and floral edge to the beer, with a light dry hopping of Citra rounding everything off with a fruity finish.
All of our cask conditioned beers are unfined and vegan friendly, in line with our ethos for all of our Brewpub produced beers.
