@Pilsner Petes East Coast Gathering-750ml bottle–at the end of the bottle, why not, says swirl because….pours a white head and murky straw color. Aroma is yeast, light grain, vinegar. Taste is sour, yeast, light grain, vinegar. Interesting. Thanks yobdoog for sharing.

750mL shared by yobdoog, thanks a lot Trev. The color is hazy, glowing, dark straw/golden. It has a large, thick, foamy head. Its all weird brett. The aroma is very herbal yet sweet type of brettiness. Some light cleaning product in there as well (maybe I can call it light acetone). Taste has a bit stronger on the cleaning product. This covers up the nice other bretty herbal aspects. Dare I Isay this is becoming too wild.

Bottle thanks to bu11zeye. Interesting take on an abbey single. Pours with a huge, fluffy white head and a clear golden body. Great lacing. Aroma is intense with honey, fried fruits, sticky jam, apricots, grass and tangerine. Taste is fruity with tangerine, apricot, grapefruit and some light tropical nuts. Dry mouthfeel with lively carbonation. My favorite take on a Single/Singel so far.

750ml bottle, courtesy of CaptainCougar, thanks! Hyper yeasty unfiltered orange tan color, completely opaque. A great sour beer, which came as a surprise to me considering the Singel designation. An impressive beer I’ll look forward to having again.
