75cl bottle shared with Soph. Clear golden yellow appearance, mild spritz. Mellow apple pie fruit character, gently sweet aroma, fine overall but there are much better Douxs out there.

# 2375; 12/2020. Aroma of brown sugar, candy and apples. Deep gold, clear body. Very sweet with unballanced combinatio wiht apple skin tartness. Extremely sweet, unballanced cider. 0,33 l, bottle, shop (Delmart), Prague.

Bottle, quite deep gold color, lots of baked and dried apples and minerals, quite sweetbutvwithcjustca bit of sourness to complement. Quite nice and enjoyable.

Bottle shared. Clear deep golden with some fizzy head. Sweet apple, caramel, light earthy funk, mineral, dry old wood, sweet slight oxidized apple juice. Solid medium sweet, light bitter and very light tart. Medium bodied. Quite OK.

Bottle. Golden colour with a white head. Aroma is dry, apple, yeast, metallic. Flavour is dry, sweet, apple, yeast, dust, sugar. Could be more.

750 ml bottle. Fine golden body with a disappearing thin white head. Mild aroma of apple and sulfur. Flavor is mild, fruity, sweet and sour. Not much apples here and pretty dull.

Pours clear golden with a white head. Aroma has notes of sugar, caramel and a little apples. Taste is medium sweet. Body is light and texture is thin. Kind of boring.

Bottle, 75cl. It’s slightly hazy in the glass, golden in color, and with some white bubbles on top. The aroma is rather weak, with apples, some sulphur and a sugary sweetness. Moist cellar notes too. Apples, sweetness, some caramel hints, almost buttery, and almost no acidity in the flavor. Medium body. A drinkable one, but not refreshing in any way. Boring on it’s own, might work better with some food. 120124
