Bottle. Pours murky dark reddish brown with small white head. Aroma is malt syrup, caramel, elderflower, Jasmin tea, prunes and plum jam. Taste is medium to very sweet, light bitter and faint acidic. Body is oily with fizzy carbonation. Finish is long and mostly bitter with notes that follow the nose plus faint hints of chili flavour (but not hot).

Cloudy red brown, large, airy and fluffy head. Malty, slightly roasted aroma with notes of veg. Malty flavour with well controlled and fruity chili. Ok drinkable.

Bottle. OK vegetable aroma of jalapeños. Cloudy dark brown colour. Small frothy dark brown head. The flavour has the same vegetable as the aroma, but only a little chili burn. Well-balanced and good for a chilli beer.

Draught@CPH BF 2013. Deep amber colour, small white head. Aroma is fruity, floral, some mild ripe fruits, raisins and plum. Flavour is citrus, mild herbal and fruity notes as well as some slight jalapeño burn to it. Actually hides the jalapeño nicely, but still it’s evident enough to give the slight flavour and feeling of it.

Draft @ DØE Ølfestival 2013. Pours a slightly hazy amber color with a white head. Has a fruity malty spicy chili aroma. Fruity malty spicy jalapeño chili flavor with hints of caramel. Has a fruity malty spicy chili and caramel finish.

Aroma has overaged jalopeno and moldy cellar. Flavour has some jalopenos, moldy and soily notes. Also hints of vegetables.. No chili burn whatsoever – maybe some tickling at the end of the glass. Pretty straightforward – and not good.

Dark amber colour with medium head.Aroma is slight spicey malty with hoppy tatse and slight bready flavor,thin body and short finish.

Bottle. Golden - orange colour with an off-white head. Aroma is malt, jalapenos. Flavour is malt, fruit, jalapenos, hop. Medium body. Hard to say what i mean.

Clear dark amber with small off-white head. Aroma is caramel, fruit and red pepper. Flavour is malt, medium sweet, caramel, little pepper, light nutty and notes of Jalapeno/Chili.
