On tap at the brewpub. A clear, golden beer topped by a minimal-sized white head. Quite neutral aroma with grains, fruits and a little lemony sourness. The flavor is mostly sweet, but the same lemony sourness are also present, along with grains and fruity hops. Some bitterness, bitter finish. Smooth, medium bodied and nicely carbonated. A beer that is too much on the sour side, unclean pipes maybe, but it’s refreshing anyway. 100812

Handbottled. A dark golden beer with a thin lazing off-white head. The aroma has notes of Perle hops, malt, and straw. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, straw, and Perle hops, leading to a refined hoppy finish. Huge thanks Papsoe for bringing it home.
