Våran egna Indian Pale Ale med en doft av choklad brända mandlar och nykot knäck med mjuka blommiga humle toner, i smaken hittar man toner av fudge, karramel brulé som harmoniserar med den blomiga och fruktigheten från humlen. Drick och njut av denna öl i goda vänners lag och varför inte till en god choklad bit för den som vågar så passar IPAn otroligt bra till fisk.

shared by papsoe/anders37 cloudy brown,large fluffy a♂d smooth white head. yeast and flowers in the aroma. flavor is yeasty, spicy, strange flavor. not your typical ipa as i see it.

33 cL bottle. Pours hazy orange with a huge off-white head. Aroma is slight yeasty and mild toasted malty. Sweet, malty and slight yeasty fruity. Fruity and yeasty finish.

Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of anders37. Pours a cloudy amber with a huge, frothy and very lively off-white head - good retention. A little citrusy hops in the nose. Medium body, dry fruitiness, a twist of licorice with some phenols. Bitter and astringent finish. Not exactly bad, but not that sophisticated either. 030511

Bottle bought at Systembolaget in Ystad. My first beer from Stockeboda. Hazy orange with a huge white head. Not your typical IPA, this reminded a bit about a Saison with spices, also some notes of herbs and soap both in the aroma and taste. Not that fruity with a grassy bitterness. The finish was dry. Drinkable, but quite different as said above.

Bottle 500ml. @ Petalax Beer Festival 2010 - the 4th. edition.Clear medium amber orange color with a average, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, moderate hoppy, citrus - orange, fruity. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20100703]

Bottled@PBF2010 (thanks omhper), Amber colour, small white head. Aroma is caramel, alcohol, some fruityness as well as mild wood. Flavour is fruits and some caramelsyrup,

Bottled (PBF)
Amber color, small beige head. Fruity, pineapple aroma. Medium-bodied. Sticky-bitter hoppyness, nice resiny notes. Punch of alcohol. Nice.

Bottled. Lightly hazy copper colour, mid.sized head. Floral somewhat perfumy nose. Cáramelly crystallic malt provides a well sized body. Hops are evident but not powerful, there’s peach, melon and flowers. NIce, strong but not overpowering bitterness.
