Poured from a 330 bottle with an appealing design (see photo). Loose, bubbly white head, lacing the glassware as it went down. Nobel tropical fruits to the nose. Rather short lived hoppy sharpness to the flavour, added by herbal dryness. Dry, rounded bitter ending. Medium to light bodied. Very suitable to our spicy chicken food. Bottle bought at Systembolaget in Ystad (Tromsø, 04.09.2010).

33 cl bottle from Systembolaget. Can’t find the best before date. Tried on July 16, 2010Slight bit hazy straw yellow color, medium lasting white head. Hoppy, green, citrus, floral, a bit sweet scent. Sweet, malty, herbal, hoppy, bitter taste. Medium mouthfeel, medium high bitterness with a dry herbal finish. Very drinkable in this summer heat. I’m more into sweet porters right now, so at another time I might give this more, but I’m a bit put off by the high hops concentration and rather high bitterness.

Bottled@PBF2010 (thanks omhper). Pale yellowish golden colour, small white head. Aroma is fruits, bready malts, some yeast and quite herbal. Flavour is quite much the same, actually quite refreshing. Rather fruity aftertaste.

Bottled. Clear pale yellow, rich creamy head. Striking hoppy tangerine aroma. Mid-sweer, fruity and light-medium bodied. Fresh and intensely hoppy with tangerine, lychee and mango being dominant. Marked bitterness. Like a golden, bottom fermented IPA - I really like this!

33 cL bottle, courtesy of joergen. Pours clear and pale yellow with a small white head. Aroma is peachy and citrusy hops fruity. Fruity, peachy and grapefruity. Rather dry and thin - no real malt base. Bitter and lingering fruity into a dry finish.

Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of joergen. Pours a pale yellow with a slight haze and some floating impurities and a rough white head. Very fresh citrusy hops in the nose. Medium body, sweet fruit but it’s all really a showcase for excellent aroma hops - some Nelson Sauvin perhaps? Dry and bitter finish. An India Pale Lager. Excellent. 250610

Bottled. A hazy light yellow beer with a lazing white head. The aroma has strong notes of cats piss, grass, and straw, on a lightly malty back ground. The flavor is sweet with strong notes of hops lending it notes of hay and cats piss, leading to a very bitter finish. The body is light. Thanks Joergen for sharing.

Bottle. This was a real dissapointment, the regular St Eriks pilsner was nice modern hoppy pilsner this has just lots of off-tastes and some chemical lemon taste.
