Birra chiara ispirata alle Lager bavaresi.
E’ una birra beverina che si assapora a grandi sorsate perché i toni caldi e dolci del malto ben si equilibrano con l’amaro del luppolo. In tavola si abbina facilmente alle diverse portate.

(Bottle, 0.75 l, at HBF2010) Poured as yellow and cloudy with medium sized and white head. Aroma contained fruitiness and earthiness. Palate was light bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were hops, fruitiness, metallicness and bitterness. Aftertaste was bitter.

Swing top 750ml (BB 01/2011)
Slightly hazy golden color, steady white head. Slightly buttery, lightly Czech hoppy aroma. Light palate. Nice sweetish malty, a bit buttery with lingering bitterness in the aftertaste. This is quite unusual Italian, because it is very Czech!

Fluffy white head; pearly yellow beer, leaving lace. A bit neutral nose, grain most prominent. Very hoppy taste, and, surprisingly, a high impression of alcohol, dry. Not surprising hence, is a bit burning MF. Very nice lager! Way more hoppy than most in its style.
