Appearance: Golden colour with a white head.
Aroma: Fruit, grass, herbal.
Body: Medium body and carbonation.
Flavour: Fruit, herbal, grass, malt.

Bottled at Växjö Ölfestival. Cloudy golden, small head. Appley grassy nose. Mid sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Fruity and grassy, peach and dough. Low bitterness.

Bottled@The 2nd ES/CS Beer Tasting. (thanks F.B.!). Hazy yellowish golden colour with a mediumsized slightly off-white head. Aroma is strangely sweet notes as well as fruits, wood and some herbs. Flavour is herbal, grassy, quite malty as well as some strange sweetness and mild yeast.

Bottled. An unclear golden beer with a white head. The aroma has notes of citrus and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, citrus, and straw. The body is light.

Bottle 750ml. w. swing top.Light unclear medium orange yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, fruity, herb - miglio, light to moderate hoppy, moderate yeasty. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20100624]

Bottle 75 cl. Pours a hazy golden with a lacing white head. Very discreet aroma, a little sweet malt. Medium body, malty, subdued bitterness. Drinkable but plain. 240610

Cloudy yellow with a medium off white head. Sweet and spicy aroma with yeasty and malty notes. Flavour had spices, malt, yeast and hints of fruits. Finished sweet.

75 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma is citrusy and mild grassy. Citrusy and bitter, fruity. Slight citric and dry bitter into a mild fruity finish. Bitter and lasting citrusy.

chiara buona schiuma media persistenza note di cereale leggero affumicat in bocca cereali discreta acidità fresca un tocco di affumicato un po di astringrenza particolare poco corpo
