Tap @ Hereford , Odense. Pours nearly Black with A creamy head. Roast, grain, caramel and coffee. Smooth and dry. Quite good and of the Best Apollo’s ive had.

Draught @ Apollo Brewpub. Very dark brown to black color with a deep dark red glare coming through, medium sized creamy beige head that lasts for a long time. Smell and taste malts, roasted malts, lightly dark chocolate, decently bitter, slightly ash and slightly earthy. Average body and carbonation.

Medium deep beige head. Opaque black body goes deep dark brown at edges. Roasty sugary toffee aroma with grainy raisiny licorice notes. Fresh and clean. Dry-sweet raisiny licorice taste with roasty notes. Mid-bodied. Mild, soft mouthfeel. Dry minty roasty aftertaste with earthy grainy notes. Nice and clean, but lacks character. (0.25l draft at brewpub.)

Draught@Apollo, Copenhagen. Very deep amber colour, small brown head. Aroma is ashes, roast, dark fruits and some malts and mild nuttyness. Flavour is roasted malts, some toasted notes, mild yeast and also some ashes. Pleasantly carbonated.

Draught at the brewpub. Very dark brown,small creamy head. Coffee aroma. Mid sweet with some caramel and lots of coffee. Medium bodied with clean mouthfeel. Fairly low bitterness. Allright.

Draught @ Brewpub Kobenhavn, Vestergade 29, 1456 Copenhagen, Denmark.Clear dark red brown color with a average to large, creamy to frothy, good lacing, fully lasting, beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, caramel, toffee, butter notes. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, dark roasted, butter notes. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20100624]
