Bottled at RBESG 2010 Grand Tasting. A dark brown beer with a brown head. The aroma has notes of vinegar and roasted malt. The flavor is sweet and acidic with strong notes of roasted malt, combined with medium notes of soy sauce and burnt malt, as well as light notes of alcohol, leading to a dry and bitter finish. It is totally over carbonated - I think it was infected.

Bottled@PBF2010 (thanks thewolf). Near black colour, small head. Aroma is roasted malts, some alcohol, stinging sweetness as well as vanilla and liquorice. Flavour is quite much the same in a very pleasant balance. An overall balanced and nice beer which will probably win with aging.

Bottle 50 cl. RBESG Rome 2010. Pours black and opaque with an extremely lively and lacing beige head - comes gushing. Sweetish hard roasted malt in the nose. Quite full-bodied, sweet hard roasted malt, a little vanilla, ashes and licorice. Some malt bitterness and alcohol in the finish. A very decent Impy. 060610
