500ml bottle at Bardus Bistro, Tromsø. Dark orange body. Hazy and cloudy orange body. More sediments in the end. Fresh hops, orange and the elderflowers are noticeable. Served too cold, but so the aroma got more inviting with time. The same applies to taste, it got better and better: citrus, fresh hops, barley, flowers and herbs. A bit peculiar- but in a nice way (07.07.14)

Bottle. Pours cloudy amber wi airy but stable off-white head. Mild arom of hops, with eptouches of yeast and fruit. Bitter, hoppy flavour, with sweet, estery and fruity touches, ending dry. Bitter finish. Tastes like an APA that did not go quite right. The fruity note, possibly one of elderflower, is rather disturbing. A drinkable beer, though.

500 ml bottle, Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. ABV is 5.3%. Deep golden colour, moderate white head. Moderate aroma of elderflowers and fruity and herbal hops. Smooth flavour, elderflowers and malt with toffee notes first, earthy hops in the finish. Okay, but no real masterpiece.

(Draught at Lord Nelson, Copenhagen, 12 July 2013) Reddish amber colour with frothy, off-white head. Fruity, malty nose with notes of caramel, apricots and orange. Fruity, malty taste with apricots, orange, hints of elderflower and a gentle spicy bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with a slight sweetness. Well balanced and quite nice.

Ikke mye haze her. Flaske på Cardinal 2.påskedag: finner lite av hyllebærpreget. Lett beskhet og lite blomstersødme. Svak aroma og hllern anomym helhet. Ned fra de opprinnelige 3.8 til 3 blank.

Unclear golden. Fine aroma of American hops and elderberries. Taste is well-balanced with malt sweetness. Medium hop bitterness in lingering aftertaste. A bit thin mouthfeel. A well-balanced and drinkable beer.
