Cask at the NWAF, Derby ’14. Bright gold pour with a white head. Citrus and peach aroma. Peach skin and pear flavour. Sweet fruit linger. Nice.

Cask. Frothy white faor mostly deminishing head. Yellow colour. Moderate malty and hoppy aroma. Moderate bitter flavor. Long moderate bitter finish. Creamy palate.

Tap @ The Rake. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are flowers, fruits, hops, pine and malt. Full bodied and soft carbonated.

Cask (handpump) @ GBBF 2011, Great British Beer Festival, Earls Court Exhibition Centre, London, England.Clear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, moderate hoppy, pine, citrus, lemon. Flavor is moderate sweet and light moderate bitter with a average to long duration, dry. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20110804]

Cask @ GBBF, 2011. Pours cloudy golden with a smalloff white head. Hay, citrus, lemon and straw. Bitter end.

Cask@The Rake, London. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is fruits, wood, some floral notes as well as some slight earthyness. Flavour is fruits, mild grassy hops as well. A bit earthy and dull in the flavour.
