6th June 2010. Bottle at Brasserie 4:20. Hazy pale gold beer. Little white head. Lagerish nose. Very light frothy palate. Lagerish malt - not much else going on. What absinthe? Need to try this again.

Sample at the Eurostash II tasting on 12/12/09: This beer pours a cloudy yellow color with a medium off-white head that dissipates steadily. Thin rings of lacing on the glass. Tart apple aroma with notes of metal and malt. Medium body with flavors of apple, spices, malt and yeast. I really could not pick up any absinthe. The finish is fruity with a malt aftertaste. Decent overall.

Draft at Birrerria Paradiso. Pilsner thin color, a touch of haze. Big, fluffy, steady-rolling head. Mellow carbonation, somelight floral spice notes. Licorice, mild spiced absinthe in the background. Extremely smooth on the palate. An easy drinker for sure, quite unique though in it’s light and fruity way.
