Elegant and balanced, with red wine aromas coming from the fine yeast. Pleasant as a good red wine glass.

Owl Farm, Brooklyn tap: pours a dull medium brown with an off white head. Aroma is yeast, grapes, something like cake. Taste is lightly bitter and somewhat sweet. Kind of creamy body. Not sure that it was worth the price that I paid alas.

On tap @ IBF Pub Edition, Milano.

Bottled at RBESG 2010 Grand Tasting. An unclear golden beer with a lazing orangey head. The aroma has notes of fruits, malt, and dusty hops. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, alcohol, and cloves, leading to a dry and spicy finish. The alcohol tickles the palate.

RBESG 2010, Grand Tasting, bottle
Cloudy amber color. Sweetish caramel aroma with traces of yeast. Sweet flavor, some malt, light herbal and spicy touch, very low bitterness, some yeast and bubblegum. What’s the point here?
