Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso va sul floreale. L'intensità olfattiva è normale e la continuità olfattiva è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma cremosa ha una buona tenuta, è persistente e voluminosa. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido è di aspetto opalescente. La frizzantezza si manifesta sotto forma di bollicine fini. La carbonazione abbondante e frizzante. Il colore è giallo dorato torbido. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è deciso. L'intensità gustativa è elevata. Le sensazioni boccali finali sono luppolate. Il finale è secco e pulito. Il retrogusto è intenso. Sul palato si depositano sentori di miele, luppolo, resina, agrumi e pompelmo.

On tap at Birroteca Lupulus, Bologna. Clear golden, medium white head. Bit herbal, light bitterness in finish, some caramel, malty, light citrus. Light+ bodied.

Bottled. A hazy amber beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma has notes of malt and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt and caramel as well as lighter notes of spices, leading to a dry and bitter finish.

Bottle 500ml.Clear medium yellow color with a large, creamy to frothy, good lacing, fully lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, moderate hoppy, light citrus. 50 cL bottle. Pours cloudy yellow with a huge white head. Aroma is mild fruity and slight yeasty. Slight bubblegum yeasty, subdued fruity and with a mild bitterness showing through. Ends dry and spiced. Slight phenolic.

5th June 2010. Bottle in the Blind Pig (thanks Yespr). Hazy gold beer. Good white head. Light dry soft palate. Fresh lagerish malt and that’s about it!
