17/6/2025. Bottle from Don Gennaro, Pescara. Italy rating #250. Pours hazy pale gold with a small frothy white head. Aroma is coriander, wheaty, citrus, orange, herb, hint of mint. Fairly sweet, mild bitterness. Moderate body, light foamy carbonation. Nice coriander fruity finish. Liked this.

Bottiglia. Il naso vira verso sentori di menta. L'intensità olfattiva è normale e l'esistenza olfattiva è sufficiente. Il mantello birroso superiore è caratterizzato da una schiuma che resiste abbastanza. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana medio-fine. Il liquido è di consistenza velata. Il colore è giallo paglierino. Il corpo è rotondo. L'amaro è di media potenza e c'è anche una componente moderatamente acidula. La forza gustativa è elevata e la permanenza è sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di facile beva. Il finale è semplice e dissetante. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. Al gusto vengono donati toni di miele, frutta, spezie, menta, frumento, agrumi, arancia, coriandolo e basilico.

Bottled 330ml. -from Eataly Trieste. Cloudy yellow coloured, small to medium sized snow-white head, coriander in the nose. Coriander, light citrusy, notes of vegetables and slightly watery with mild coriander and mint in the finish. Bit flat but pleasant coriander-mint combo. 4.6%ABV

On tap @ birreta wine & food - Roma. Pajiza, amarilla. Aroma a limón y lima. En boca es ligera y muy refrescante. Muy al estilo witbier belga, manteniendo el tono citrico y frutal y con levadura presente.

Tap. Herbal nose of peppermint, wheat, lemon. Hazy golden color with a thick yet fine head. Grainy, minty flavor, spicy and herbal. Good balance with a dry finish.

Golden color. Creamy white head. Very perfumy with lemon grass in the nose. Tons of lemongrass, peppermint smooth mouth tons of spice well made and integrated.
