Impenetrabile e seducente come la notte. Imperial Stout, forte, estrema, pericolosa. Indimenticabile.

Dark brown. Sweet and syrupy aroma with lots of dark sugars. Sweet, sugary, almost like soy sauce. Complex and tasty. I like it.

Bottle thanks to bu11zeye. Pours with a murky brown hued body with a small tan head. Aromas are of brown sugar, molasses, prunes, dark fruit esters, cola, malty, light roast. Flavors are nutty, tobacco, ashy, earthy, damp leaves. Mild smoke, lightly chlorophenolic. A touch warming. Fuller bodied, lots of alcohol with medium carbonation.

4th June 2010 - Bottle at Bir & Fud. Huge thanks to the owners for this beer on the house! Opaque black beer, small tan head. Light dry palate. Lots of dark malt which is a little smoky and a little chalky. Some chocolate. Fairly hoppy and spicy. A little banana in the undertone. Finishes dry. Complex but not that well joined up.
